AUDIMARS BUILDTECH PTE LTD started off in 2011 as a building and civil engineering firm carrying out sub-contracting work for mainly contractors such as JJ & TH Holdings, Expand Construction. During these initial years, we successfully completed some prestigious projects including erection joss paper burner (Client Kong Meng San Phor Kark See), retrofitting work to existing suspended ceiling, Architecture wet work, erection of 5th Block of Apartment.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of complex building and civil engineering projects, while managing technical and site issues and guiding site workers to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate project activities to achieve completion within established timelines
• Supervise site operations by planning and resolving technical and site-related issues to maintain project progress
• Lead and direct site workers to execute construction tasks effectively and safely
• Engage in meetings with clients and contractors to communicate project status and address concerns

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is preferred
• Experience working on town council term contracts and R&R projects is preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple site activities and resources efficiently
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proven people management skills to lead and motivate site workers
