Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Expertise in managing multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem/hybrid environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows systems administration.
Proficiency with automation and configuration tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Deep experience with observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic).
Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, storage, and enterprise security.
Skilled in defining and maintaining SLA/SLO/SLI frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, and GDPR is advantageous.
