Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
Handing of technical and engineering problems
Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat
Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on site engineering experience in water treatment plants, sewage plants, pipeline networks, or similar civil/infrastructure projects
Proven experience in managing site quality, safety, progress, and cost control
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
