Senior Site Engineer / PE Assignee (Civil)

Site project management.

. Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

. Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

. Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements

. Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.

. Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.

. Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

. Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.

. Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities requirements.

. To be appointed and perform duties as PE Assignee for the project, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and authority requirements.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or equivalent.

2. Min. 5 - 15 years of civil engineering or construction experience

3. Candidates must possess Resident Engineer (RE) accreditation by IES/ACES, or be eligible to obtain RE accreditation in Singapore.

Candidates without RE accreditation or clear eligibility for RE will not be considered.
