Job Summary
Manage construction site resources and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality project delivery while resolving technical issues and supporting operational planning aligned with the Project Quality Plan.
Responsibilities
- Control and allocate labour and machinery resources on site to optimize productivity and meet project timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to evaluate subcontractors work quality and compliance with project standards
- Monitor subcontractors work progress and coordinate corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence
- Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays and cost overruns
- Assist in planning and sequencing construction operations to align with the Project Quality Plan and enhance workflow efficiency
- Participate in meetings with consultants to communicate project status, address concerns, and align on technical requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on HDB projects
- Proficient computer literacy to support project documentation and reporting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work alternate Saturdays
