We are seeking a dedicated Senior/Site Engineer to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects, particularly in the industrial building sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BEng), Architecture (BArch), Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 7 years of experience in industrial building construction.
- Proven track record of successful project execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
