Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical ServiceNow Developer with exceptional coding abilities and strong problem-solving aptitude. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean code, platform optimization, and scalable solution design. You will be responsible for building robust, efficient, and maintainable solutions across various ServiceNow modules and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using best-in-class coding practices.

• Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer logic.

• Build scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.

• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to design efficient technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and refactor legacy scripts.

• Maintain code quality, documentation, and adhere to governance standards.

• Participate in peer code reviews, solution design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Proficient in JavaScript (server and client side) and ServiceNow Glide APIs.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including Scoped Apps, ACLs, Scripted APIs, and Flow Designer.

• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data transformations, and background jobs.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code.

• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
