Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews with drivers to improve their service performance
  • Identify recalcitrant drivers and take appropriate actions to deal with drivers, including termination of their service
  • To assist in any media & govt sector enquiry on driver
  • To assist in repo of taxi
  • Any other adhoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimally GCE O or A Levels
  • Computer literate
  • Good knowledge in investigation job
  • Candidates with a driving license and Taxi Vocational License will be advantageous
  • Able to lead the team
