Senior Service Engineer - Salary $5K - $8K
(Semiconductor Handler, SLT, Burn In)

Job Descriptions:

Permanent, Singapore-based Electronics Senior Service Engineer for Semiconductor Instruments. Located east side near Lavender MRT station.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing/Repairing of Semiconductor Tester, Handler, SLT, Prober or Sorter.
• Provide technical support.
• Minimize equipment downtime & ensure customer satisfaction.
• Independently resolve complex Electrical, Mechanical, and Software integration issues .
• Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Analysis capability.
• Knowledge of signal integrity,thermal control systems, or high-power test environments .
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and system architecture.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics Engineering with preferably 4 years of experience in Semiconductor industry.
• Preferably with technical background in areas relating to IC Test equipment.
• Proficient in computer hardware and software.
• Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly.
• Dynamic, Independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environment.
• Able to travel around SEA region.

. Class 2/3 driver licence.

. Good work ethics and must be willing to learn and follow instructions
