Senior Service Engineer (Construction & Project Management)

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities, with a focus on architectural works and mechanical & electrical installations. Monitor project timelines and construction progress in alignment with the project plan. Conduct regular safety inspections at the construction site. Assist in quality assurance and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with approved construction methods and Method Statements. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address facilities requirements for optimal operational functionality and maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, or Building Services. Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction sector or in facilities maintenance in commercial or industrial buildings. Preferred experience includes working on building projects that involve architectural finishes and mechanical & electrical installation. Familiarity with Building Information Modelling is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
