Your Role and Responsibilities


In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking meaningful work that drives real impact.
Execute medium to high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance to ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver excellent customer services, internal and external stakeholders. Takes initiative to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB


The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite

  • Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your direct area of responsibility, building sustainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Driving the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to consistently improve customer experience.

  • Allocating, driving, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload.

  • Managing a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility.


Qualifications

  • Diploma / ITE in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

  • Min. 3 years of technical experience in the Electrical industry

  • Stakeholder/Project management experience in electrical switchgear

  • Planning and coordination experience in technical services of electrical switchgears and devices

  • Site Supervisory skills with good interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Good communication skills professionally with customers, colleagues, peers, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
