Service Delivery Manager (IT Services) | Singapore | High-Impact Government Projects

We're hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead mission-critical IT services across large-scale, secure environments in Singapore.

This role sits at the core of service operations ensuring uptime, performance, and service excellence across complex infrastructure and support teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end IT service delivery across service desk, EUC, and infrastructure teams
• Own SLA / KPI / CSAT performance and reporting
• Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL)
• Act as the primary escalation point for service issues and major incidents
• Manage client stakeholders and ensure alignment on service expectations
• Oversee:
• Asset & configuration management (CMDB)
• Patch and release management
• Conduct service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop service operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Operations Management
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Experience managing service desk / infrastructure / EUC teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments
• Experience supporting large enterprise or regulated environments is a strong advantage
