Details:
- Location: Novena, Yishun, Tanjong Pagar, Buona Vista
- 6 Days work week inclusive of weekends
- $2000 to $2400 + $10 allowance per day
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B
- Must possess valid food & hygiene certificate
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers professionally
- Take orders accurately (POS system / cashiering)
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Opening and closing duties
- Cash handling and daily sales reconciliation Restocking supplies, condiments, packaging, utensils
- Guide junior crew / new staff on procedures
- Monitor staff punctuality and grooming standards
- Help maintain smooth shift operations
