Job Summary
You will ensure the safety and security of a commercial building's office and warehouse by conducting thorough screening, patrolling premises, managing access control, and responding promptly to incidents and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screening of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries to prevent unauthorized access
- Patrol and guard office, warehouse, and perimeter areas to maintain a secure environment
- Manage access, including registering visitors accurately
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms to minimize risks and ensure safety
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches
- Regulate internal traffic flow in compliance with the Road Traffic Act to maintain order and safety
- Monitor security and maintain detailed incident logs
- Manage keys and security equipment to ensure proper control and accountability
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Singapore Security Officer Licence (PLRD)
- Completed WSQ Senior Security Officer (PRSF) training
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years security experience, preferably in commercial or industrial sites
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic English communication and report-writing skills
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: up to SGD 3,400 per month (PWM-aligned)
