Senior Security Officer (SSO)

Role Summary: Acts as a lead officer responsible for guarding, patrolling, and protecting premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitors CCTV cameras and fire control systems at the Command Centre.
Manages key presses and access control, including visitor management.
Handles emergencies, investigates incidents, and completes incident reports.
Regulates traffic and conducts patrols to deter potential threats.
Provides supervisory support to security officers

Security Officer (SO)

Key Responsibilities
Perform access control and visitor registration
Conduct routine patrols and surveillance
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Maintain occurrence reports and daily records
Provide assistance and customer service to residents and visitors
Ensure safety and security of the premises at all times
