HIRING: SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER (Full-Time)

. 8 hours rotating shifts

. Shift Timing: 7am-3pm| 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am

Key Requirements:

- Min. 2-3 years of experience in security operations or related fields such as:

• Physical security operations
• Security supervision or senior shift roles
• Incident response and site security management
• CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Support investigations using security system data
• Strong incident handling, escalation, and reporting capability
• Hands-on experience handling: Unauthorized access
• Theft, safety, or security breaches
• Emergency situations
• Familiarity with: Risk assessments
• Audits and compliance reviews
• Implementing corrective actions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to: Prepare incident reports, daily logs, and shift handover reports
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and emergency responders
• Clear documentation and record‑keeping standards

• Valid PLRD Security License (mandatory for senior operational roles)

• RTT Certification (commonly required for supervisory or senior roles)
