Senior Scrum Master
Location: Singapore | Experience: 5+ Years | Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead cross-functional development teams, drive delivery excellence, and foster an Agile culture. You will clear roadblocks, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and align engineering execution with product goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate & Coach: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives; coach squads and Product Owners on Agile best practices.
- Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and eliminate technical, operational, and cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery flow.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Product Managers and executive stakeholders to manage release expectations, scope, and risks.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burndown) to drive continuous team improvement.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in software or technology teams.
- Active certification (PSM II, CSM, or SAFe).
- Advanced expertise in Jira, Confluence, and SDLC practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
