Senior SCM Engineer

• Build and enhance internal logistics processes that support complex mechatronics and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
• Review inventory trends to keep stock levels healthy, avoid shortages, and reduce unnecessary build-ups.
• Map and improve the entire logistics flow from incoming materials to delivery on the production line.
• Design and optimise warehouse and shopfloor layouts to streamline movement and make the best use of space.
• Partner with production to ensure logistics activities integrate smoothly with ERP/MES for accurate, real-time material visibility.
• Maintain high data accuracy for all logistics transactions, records, and reports.
• Create, update, and enforce SOPs covering material handling, storage, and internal movement.
• Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support NPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional lean initiatives aimed at improving processes and lowering operational cost

The Talent:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or high-tech logistics; exposure to semiconductor or mechatronics environments is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and material handling practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MES platforms and familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
