Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Senior Scientist / Research Assistant / Lab Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting and analyzing scientific research, managing laboratory operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing experiments, interpreting data, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Some remote work flexibility will be allowed to support productivity and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Scientific research and analytical skills, including designing experiments, data analysis, and drawing meaningful conclusions
• Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Organization and time management skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaboration and communication skills for effectively working within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in scientific software and tools relevant to the role; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline relevant to the field
• Prior experience in a similar role; candidates with expertise in experimental or applied sciences have an advantage
