Senior/ SCADA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of large-scale SCADA/HMI systems using Siemens WinCC (V7/V8, Professional, Unified, OA).

• Develop advanced control logic, scripting, and HMI graphics for high-availability industrial environments.

• Design and implement electrical schematics and automation architecture for complex control systems.

• Manage system installation, testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and ensure performance compliance at client sites.

• Troubleshoot complex automation, PLC, and networking issues to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.

• Execute system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities, including software and hardware updates.

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, cybersecurity protocols, and documentation requirements.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, SOPs, and software descriptions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation and SCADA systems (Siemens WinCC V7/V8 or WinCC Professional/Unified/OA).

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

• Strong expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and S7-1200/1500 PLC programming (LAD, SCL, STL).

• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT).

• Ability to read and produce electrical drawings and work with CAD tools.

• Experience in commissioning, FAT/SAT, and on-site industrial project execution.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automation systems.

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
