Senior Architectural Designer

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the project team to develop conceptual designs and detailed technical drawings

• Produce relevant 2D and 3D visualisations to present design proposals

• Coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure design compliance

• Contribute to the overall planning and organisation of projects

• Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills

What we're looking for

• At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as an Architectural Designer, with completed projects, in Singapore

• Recognized Degree in Architecture or a related field

• Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations, zoning laws, and construction practices is crucial

• Proficient in using CAD software, 3D modelling, and visualisation tools

• Good communication and presentation skills

• A passion for innovative design and the ability to think outside the box
