YHI Group is a recognized distributor of high quality automotive and industrial products, and a familiar and trusted name in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).

Today, YHI's wide international presence can be seen in over 100 countries operating through its 33 subsidiaries and 3 associated companies located in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. YHI distributes a diverse range of premium automotive products, which include tyres, alloy wheels, energy solutions, buggy & utilities vehicles and other industrial products to more than 5,000 customers globally. YHI currently has one alloy wheels manufacturing plant located in Malacca, Malaysia.

The Job

We are seeking a proactive candidate to grow our corporate fleet customer base. You will maintain existing accounts, open new sales channels, and support sales activities to achieve departmental targets.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Drive business growth across multiple segments (e.g., Logistics, Transportation, Direct Fleet Owners, Workshops, Retailers).
• Conduct market research to develop products that meet customer requirements.
• Attend networking events to build relationships with industry stakeholders and expand business opportunities.
• Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional packages.
• Provide operational support when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and operations, preferably in corporate sales with after-sales service maintenance contracts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking technicians and customers).
• Must possess own vehicle.

• Working hours:
• Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 2:30pm
• Commission, mobile reimbursement, and transport allowance provided.
