Role Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing inventory control and managing order processing across regional markets. This role ensures optimal stock allocation, inventory accuracy, and smooth order fulfilment while upholding the brand's standards of exclusivity, precision, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Control & Stock Integrity

  • Manage and monitor inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP systems, ensuring alignment between physical and system stock.
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
  • Oversee stock movements including inter-market transfers, boutiques, consignment stock, and returns.
  • Support allocation planning for new launches.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and brand policies.

2. Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Process and validate sales orders for regional partners, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product references, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate closely with Commercial Team, regional distributors, and logistics partners for timely fulfilment.
  • Ensure all documentation (commercial invoices, export/import documents, certificates) is complete and compliant.
  • Collaborate with Finance on invoicing, credit control, and reconciliation matters.

3. Process & Reporting

  • Drive continuous improvement in order management and inventory control processes
  • Maintain and enhance SOPs to ensure consistency across markets
  • Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, ageing inventory, allocation efficiency, and order performance
  • Support forecasting and demand planning with accurate inventory insights


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably in luxury or retail industry.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in handling high-value goods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
