As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you will drive new opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of cutting-edge construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction or facade industry.
. Prepare compelling quotes and proposals to secure new contracts and drive business growth.
. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
. At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or facade sector
. Deep understanding of local construction regulations, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends
. Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships with clients
. Strong communication skills, capable of delivering compelling proposals to diverse stakeholders.
. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying new opportunities.
. Skilled at working closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to align business development efforts with technical solutions
. Proficiency in MS Office
