The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. This role involves leading campaigns and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities - Sales
1. Attending to sales enquires, preparing Sales Agreement, service coordination
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
3. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
5. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
6. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
7. Monitor online inquiries, messages, and customer feedback, responding promptly
Key Responsibilities - Marketing
1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events)
2. Oversee brand positioning and messaging consistency
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
4. Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional materials
5. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email campaigns)

Requirements:
a. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
b. At least 3 years of marketing experience, and atleast 1 full year in e-commerce.
c. Experience with D2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
d. The ability to prioritize work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment
e. The ability to work well on your own, or with a team.
f. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
