The Sr. Manager Sales role will be responsible for grow and expand the base of customers and grow new verticals. This role will have a deep understanding of enterprise customer businesses with an appreciation of customer digitalization, sustainability and business transformation needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- To spearhead and expand business opportunities in Singapore initially, and also selected markets in APAC/Southeast Asia, by driving sales and fostering strong client relationships.
- Lead Acquisition & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert new leads in Singapore and the APAC region, to grow the business in alignment with company's objectives. Accelerate the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations and their respective networks, facilitating company's business model.
- End-to-End Sales Process Management: Own the complete business aspects of opportunities from lead generation, solution proposal, commercial negotiations to contract finalization.
- Product Demonstration & Business Presentations: Lead business presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives with extended teams.
- Customer Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between customers and company's Product and Project teams, ensuring business requirements are met and solutions are optimized for customer success.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates on sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador for business, ensuring that the company's values and offerings are communicated effectively to the market.
- Consultative Sales Process: Employ a solution-centric approach to understand client needs, pain points, and align them with company's offerings.
- Additional Responsibilities: Handle any other assignments as deemed necessary by the management.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Engineering, Business, Management, or Finance.
- Proficient understanding of digital technology, digital ecosystem, and technology trends.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and a strong track record of closing deals.
- Superior client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and engage in solution-driven conversations at the C-Suite level.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication, both written and spoken.
