We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager for our PHV leasing division. Your primary mission is to ensure our fleet is 100% utilized by acquiring new drivers and managing existing driver relationships. You are required to hit monthly rental targets, manage driver onboarding, and implement retention strategies to minimize vehicle downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Acquisition: Lead high-volume recruitment of PHV drivers through digital marketing leads, referrals, and walk-ins.
Fleet Utilization: Monitor idle inventory daily and execute rapid-fire sales tactics to get cars on the road.
Incentive Design: Create competitive rental packages, drive-to-own schemes, and referral bonuses to attract top-tier drivers.
Lead Management: Oversee the conversion funnel-from initial inquiry to document vetting, security deposit collection, and car handover.
Retention & Collections: Develop strategies to reduce driver churn and work closely with the credit control team to manage rental arrears.
Partnership Management: Liaise with ride-hailing platforms (Grab, Gojek, etc.) to stay updated on platform requirements and driver incentives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years in Sales, PHV Leasing, Car Rental, or Automotive Retail.
Street Smarts: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of drivers and handle high-pressure negotiations.
Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with using Facebook Groups, Telegram, and WhatsApp for community-based sales.
Operations Knowledge: Basic understanding of PHV regulations (e.g., PDVL/TDVL requirements, Z10/Z11 classifications).
