Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the precast concrete sector.
Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies.
Collaborate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure client requirements and delivery timelines are met.
Oversee bid preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Track project pipelines, sales forecasts, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
At least 5 years of sales experience in the construction, precast concrete, or building materials industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong network within the construction and infrastructure ecosystem (contractors, consultants, public works, etc.).
In-depth understanding of precast concrete systems, products, and applications.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and large customer accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, client meetings, and regional offices.
