Your new company

Your new role
In this newly created role, you will serve as the key commercial lead supporting the regional Sales Director. In this role, you will drive sales execution, manage key customer accounts across global markets, oversee contract negotiations, and coordinate supply, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery. You will take ownership of sales performance, pricing, allocations, and contract execution while working closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, logistics and technical teams. You will also mentor a small sales team and contribute to business planning, forecasting, and commercial optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, and bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in commodities, metals, mining, or international B2B sales, with mandatory experience in alloy. They must demonstrate strong capabilities in customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and commercial operations, along with solid knowledge of bulk commodities, shipping, logistics, or metals markets. The role requires the ability to manage global customers and navigate complex supply chains, supported by strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication. Leadership experience is essential, as the position involves guiding and developing junior commercial staff.
