Our client in the consumer electronics and IT peripherals is looking to hire a senior sales manager. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies across products and distribution channels, with a planning horizon ranging from 6 months to 3 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve margin and profitability targets across product lines.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share through major retail channels.
- Build,negotiate, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and events to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the consumer electronics, home appliances, or IT peripherals sectors.
- Proven experience in leading and managing small to mid-sized teams.
