An exciting Senior Sales Manager, APAC for a supplier for automotive parts international company has just become available. This is a role for someone who has strong sales experience in the automotive aftermarket.
About the Senior Sales Manager role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for the growth of sales for the assigned region in Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profit in assigned markets within APAC
- Drive market development initiatives and lead customers acquisition efforts
- Analyze product for market acceptance, customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage the sales team, including performance reviews and motivation
- Plan and coordinate induction programs for new team members
- Plan and mintor all operational processes within assigned markets
- Act as the primary contact for strategic and project-related inquiries within assigned markets
To succeed in the Senior Sales Manager role, you will need sales experience in the IAM (automotive aftermarket) with prior team management experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the relevant automotive sector
- Master/Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline
- Proven track record in sales of spare parts and accessories
- Experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus
- Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level
