Overview
The Senior Integrated Sales Manager promotes and sells media products and solutions for Fortune, a pre-eminent global business media brand.
Role and Responsibilities
- Studies and understands all products and services being offered by the company.
- Work with sales management to build and manage sales presentations and integrated programs to take to market
- Expands client base through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships or other means.
- Develop strategy and activation plans for media packages whether its magazine, online, digital app or events.
- Grows and improves share-of-market and revenue for the brand in Asia Pacific across all platforms.
- Own and exceed annual sales target within assigned territory and accounts
- Build and maintain strong partnerships both in agencies and client side, through understanding
- clients business needs and objectives to develop media campaigns and execute across multiple media platforms.
- Must be independent, motivated and possess excellent collaboration skills to ensure effective
- partnerships with rest of sales team in Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.
Requirements
- Digital fluency is a must and proven sales experience in selling across platforms especially events is a big plus.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Understand the competitive landscapes and trends
- Proactive, innovative thinker and team player
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must and with fluency in Chinese being a big plus
- Travel is required
