Job Description & Requirement

• In Charge of the profitablility of the site
• Assigned task to various workers and supervisors
• Allocated right man for the right jobs
• Implement safety system as site in line with MOM prevailing requirements
• Monitor the materials usage at site to reduce wastage and save cost
• Appoint leaders supervisor at site to stand in case you are not around
• Attend new site show round when required for newix) tender participation
• Ensure that progress work done at site is in line with site progress schedule
• Update drawing based on latest work progress for submission to architects
• Make sure that montly progress payment claim are submitted on time
• Draft out variation orders (VO) when new works is requested by architects
• Discussion on project amount
