We are looking for experienced and passionate individuals to apply for Senior Sales Manager. He/she will lead end-to-end pre- and post-sales activities, managing bids, proposals, and client engagement. Translate requirements into technical solutions, assess risks, coordinate stakeholders, and guide teams while driving tender opportunities, vendor negotiations, and successful project handovers.
Pre-Sales, Sales and Post-Sales Activities
. Manage the team on all areas related to proposal/bid management, including but not limiting to attending site showrounds, preparation and submission of proposals.
. Manage and preparation of commercial bid/tender and Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI).
. Manage and response to clients queries on clarifications, interviews and presentations on all areas related to commercial bid.
. Explore and update opportunities including but not limited to tender opportunities on weekly to management for review. Assess and advise on the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid.
. Conceptualize and translates client's business requirements into technical specifications and proposal write-ups, project timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Present recommended solutions on its benefits, what it achieves, validation and its improvements. Clarify any concerns on the products/services and negotiate any technical aspects of contracts.
. Source and liaise with external consultants/partners to gather information in preparing the tender/proposal.
. Source, evaluate and negotiate vendors, suppliers and subcontractor's proposal.
. Equipped with the latest traffic related technology trends, knowledge and solutions.
. Conduct briefing on secured project with management and internal stakeholders on the project details and handover of proposed solution to project and operation teams and provide guidance on technical solution proposed. Advice on procurement, documentation and managing the allocated budget.
Design and Development
. Develop prototypes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, to provide technical and functional requirement and support in diagnosing of technical issues arising from the development of prototypes.
. Render supports during different stages of testing and commissioning of projects and product prototypes.
People Management
. Establish and nurture a pipeline of talent and successor.
. Coach, mentor and guide team on the process, procedures, and systems.
. Elaborating on Management's assigned goals and key performance indicators (KPI), assign, track and monitor individual subordinate's goals/KPI in order to achieve the company goals/KPI.
. Propose new operational plans, including targeted budgets, manpower requirement, work allocations and staff learning development plans.
. Develop learning roadmaps to support Professional Development of the team.
. To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
. Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
. Other tasks and duties as assigned by the management.
