We are looking for an enthusiastic sales personality to help increase our presence in the market as well as continue to serve the community.
Job Summary
You will drive sales growth and business development by leveraging deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client service. Collaborate with operations and R&D teams to optimize stock management and product offerings, while managing client relationships and e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate stock ordering and delivery timelines, ensuring timely availability of products
- Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing market data and proposing bi-weekly promotions to the Sales General Manager
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers to drive sales conversion
- Provide expert advice and responsive support to clients, resolving queries to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Compile and analyze sales and customers feedback data to inform product development and improvements with the R&D team
- Conduct proactive outreach including cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand client base
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maintain ongoing business and identify upselling opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports and progress updates during team sales meetings to inform decision-making
- Oversee and optimize product offerings on the e-commerce platform to maximize online sales performance
- Design and implement efficient administrative processes to improve resource planning and team productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and client communications
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales General Manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in business administration, management, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage time, tasks, and resources effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities applied to sales and operational challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy to manage sales data and reporting
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to collaborate closely with operations to ensure delivery schedules are met
- Interest in sports and good knowledge of the local sporting scene to connect with clients authentically
- Familiarity with B2B sales dynamics is advantageous
