As our Senior Sales Executive for Singapore & SEA, you will drive market development, build strong channel partnerships, and promote innovative medical technology (ultrasound) to the global healthcare stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets (including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.) by identifying potential customers through international exhibitions, industry associations, KOL referrals, and other channels - targeting distributors, private hospitals, government projects, etc.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from clinical needs analysis, product demonstrations, and technical support, to quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and order follow-up to achieve sales targets.
- Empower and support distributor partners with product training, market strategy, and regional sales capability enhancement.
- Collect and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and tender information to support product planning and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing, clinical, product, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of international sales experience (medical device or ultrasound experience is a strong plus).
- Strong learning agility - able to quickly master product technology and clinical advantages.
- Result-driven, able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent travel within Southeast Asia and occasionally beyond.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for effective communication with HQ.

任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易、医学等相关专业优先;
- 5 年以上国际销售经验,有医疗设备或超声行业背景者优先;
- 学习能力强,能快速掌握产品技术与临床优势;
- 具备抗压能力,目标导向,适应东南亚及海外差旅;
- 英语流利(书面与口语),可作为工作语言;中文熟练者优先,便于与总部沟通。
