Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets set by management.

  • Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, participate in product training, and conduct site visits as required.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including providing product and technical information.

  • Ensure smooth project handovers and provide ongoing post-sales support to clients.

  • Follow up on leads and sales activities to drive successful deal closures.

  • Actively generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct client needs analysis and perform site assessments to recommend suitable solutions.

  • Manage and prepare tender submissions when required.

  • Collaborate closely with in-house designers, administrative teams, and manufacturers to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the audiovisual (AV) industry is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply product and service knowledge.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
