Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Achieve sales and profitability targets set by management.
Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, participate in product training, and conduct site visits as required.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including providing product and technical information.
Ensure smooth project handovers and provide ongoing post-sales support to clients.
Follow up on leads and sales activities to drive successful deal closures.
Actively generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct client needs analysis and perform site assessments to recommend suitable solutions.
Manage and prepare tender submissions when required.
Collaborate closely with in-house designers, administrative teams, and manufacturers to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
Requirements
Prior experience in the audiovisual (AV) industry is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply product and service knowledge.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
