Key Responsibilities
. Achieve assigned annual revenue and bookings targets through direct customer engagement and distributor collaboration.
. Manage the complete sales cycle - from opportunity identification, technical presentation, quotation, and negotiation to contract closure and handover.
. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up on delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
. Identify new market opportunities for Company's non-solar products (semiconductor, and precision laser equipment, etc.) across Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan, and Europe.
. Conduct market and competitor analyses to support regional strategy formulation.
. Channel and Partner Management - Establish and maintain relationships with key regional distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts.
. Work closely with potential collaborators to expand Company's reach in relevant territories.
. Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and report on pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and market trends.
. Contribute feedback to headquarters and BUs on pricing, product positioning, and market demand.
. Liaise with R&D and Technical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
. Participate in trade shows to strengthen brand visibility.
. Willingness to travel regionally self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
