Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Country Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

One of our clients, an AI-first digital engineering company, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive both new business acquisition and account growth across its IT services portfolio. Partnering closely with the Country Manager, this role will be responsible for building pipeline, winning strategic enterprise deals, and developing long-term C-suite relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate, qualify, and close enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage C-level client relationships.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Partner with solution, delivery, and presales teams on client pursuits.
  • Develop industry-specific sales strategies and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with alliance partners to generate pipeline and opportunities.
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance through CRM.
  • Represent the company at customer and industry events.

Success Metrics / KPIs:

  • Annual recurring revenue (contract bookings)
  • Pipeline coverage relative to target
  • Win rate on qualified opportunities
  • Average deal size
  • Sales cycle time (lead→close)
  • Customer satisfaction / referenceability

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in IT services, cloud services, SaaS consulting, or systems integration.
  • Proven track record of winning enterprise deals ($300K+ TCV) and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Knowledge of application development, managed services, data and AI, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and digital transformation.
  • Excellent negotiation, financial modelling (TCO/ROI), and commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing cross-functional pursuit teams and working with presales/solution architects.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
