About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior/Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing and expanding our sales of personal care and home care ingredients within the Singapore market.

You should have a good understanding of the ingredients used in cosmetics, skincare, cleaning products, or related industries. Youll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities in Singapore.

  • Manage and grow the sales of personal care and home care ingredients within the Singapore market.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key customers, R&D teams, and procurement contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Understand customer formulations, needs, and product applications to recommend suitable ingredient solutions.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage quotations, sampling, and delivery schedules.
  • Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or customer visits as needed.

About you

  • You hold a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • You bring 25 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the personal care, home care, or chemical distribution industry.
  • You have working experience in handling cosmetics, perfume, detergent, or cleaning product formulations.
  • You&aposre a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with customers and internal teams.
  • You&aposre self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing your time and priorities independently.
