Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

1. Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and collaborate with the Marketing team to drive sales growth.
2. Lead and manage the product listing process with key accounts, ensuring timely follow-up at every stage to achieve successful listings.
3. Support the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities for assigned accounts.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
5. Organise and conduct CME sessions, roundtable meetings, and other engagement activities to strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
6. Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
7. Manage existing accounts, secure orders, develop new business opportunities, and plan daily territory activities to maximise sales performance.

Requirements:

1. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.

2. Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline.

3. At least two (2) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty care sales. Experience with oncology products will be an added advantage.

4. Experience managing specialist accounts and key stakeholders in both private and government hospitals is required.

5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and equipped with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

7. Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence and their own car will be preferred. Transport allowance is provided.
