Job Description

Brief Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth and forge strong relationships within a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach activities, and relationship management. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet individual sales targets and revenue goals. Conduct compelling sales presentations to introduce services to prospective clients. Follow up on leads and effectively convert prospects into long-term clients. Prepare necessary sales documentation, including quotations and proposals. Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts. Engage regularly with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention, supporting contract renewals and account growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business leads. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and servicing of clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role. Proven ability to generate new business and consistently meet sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the capability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience within the healthcare, medical, insurance, or wellness sector is beneficial.
