We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for the clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize account growth and retention.
This role requires a proactive individual who is confident in prospecting, networking, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Proactively source, identify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, outreach activities, and relationship building.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Conduct sales presentations and introduce the clinic's services to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation as required.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
Conduct regular client engagement activities to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of the clinic's services.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Support contract renewals and ongoing account growth initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to Management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.
Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in the healthcare, medical, insurance, or wellness industry will be an advantage.
