Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Singapore.
You will be responsible not only for managing your own deals, but also for taking a leading role in driving the growth of our office brokerage business and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage office brokerage activities from lead generation to closing (inquiries, viewings, proposals, negotiations).
- Provide consultative sales support to companies and sole proprietors considering office relocation or new office setup, proposing suitable office solutions.
- Drive the development of new markets and expansion of existing markets, including outreach to new clients and partners.
- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with developers, building owners, and serviced-office operators.
- Support, mentor, and guide junior sales members (e.g. sharing know-how, joint visits, deal reviews).
- Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline management, and reporting together with management.
Must-have Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certificate and current CEA registration (Council for Estate Agencies, Singapore).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in commercial real estate or related services.
- Strong motivation to engage in sales, with high comfort in new business development and proactive outreach.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and act as a role model for junior sales staff.
- Excellent written and spoken English to communicate with clients and partners, conduct sales meetings, and prepare proposals/quotations and contracts.
- Currently authorised to work in Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications
- 35 years or more of relevant sales experience in office leasing / commercial real estate in Singapore.
- Experience in a start-up or Japanese corporate environment (strong teamwork, client-first mindset).
- Experience leading or mentoring other sales members (formal or informal).
- Office real-estate brokerage experience in Singaporelead handling, site tours, proposals, and negotiations with landlords/serviced-office operators.
