Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by preparing timely quotations, negotiating contracts in line with pricing guidelines, and providing accurate sales forecasting data.
  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, and networking within the industry.
  • Achieve payment collection targets (60-day cycle) by monitoring Accounts Receivables, resolving billing disputes proactively, and collaborating with customers to ensure timely settlements.
  • Build strategic client relationships with key stakeholders (HQ/contract managers) through CRM tools to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee project execution and order fulfilment, including conducting site visits, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Develop demand forecasts and prioritize urgent orders during demand surges to maintain operational efficiency and meet dynamic client needs.
  • Manage logistical coordination (e.g., trailer management) and resolve customer-reported issues efficiently through case management.
  • Execute additional sales-related tasks and special projects as assigned.



Job Requirements

  • Min Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • Candidate with sales experience or relevant role in construction industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP software, AutoCAD, Salesforce, PowerBI, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint for presentations)
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking client/customers.
  • Possess own vehicle and valid class 3 driving license
