Achieve sales targets by preparing timely quotations, negotiating contracts in line with pricing guidelines, and providing accurate sales forecasting data.
Proactively generate new sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, and networking within the industry.
Achieve payment collection targets (60-day cycle) by monitoring Accounts Receivables, resolving billing disputes proactively, and collaborating with customers to ensure timely settlements.
Build strategic client relationships with key stakeholders (HQ/contract managers) through CRM tools to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Oversee project execution and order fulfilment, including conducting site visits, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
Develop demand forecasts and prioritize urgent orders during demand surges to maintain operational efficiency and meet dynamic client needs.
Manage logistical coordination (e.g., trailer management) and resolve customer-reported issues efficiently through case management.
Execute additional sales-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Min Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Candidate with sales experience or relevant role in construction industry is an advantage.
Knowledge or experience with SAP software, AutoCAD, Salesforce, PowerBI, is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint for presentations)
Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking client/customers.
Possess own vehicle and valid class 3 driving license
