Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive (or Senior Sales Executive, depending on experience) to join the APAC sales team. This role is focused on driving growth across both the education and corporate enterprise segments, managing inbound leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll play a key role in expanding the platforms footprint in the region and helping organizations unlock the full potential of digital learning.

  1. Manage in/outbound sales inquiries from educational institutions and corporate enterprise clients
  2. Qualify leads, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure.
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
  4. Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals that address sector-specific challenges and goals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  6. Execute targeted sales initiatives to drive regional growth and customer engagement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales-focused role, with a solid grasp of business operations and market dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience managing B2B sales across India and Southeast Asia.

Sales & Strategy Expertise:

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategy-planning and executing market entry or expansion initiatives.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles, particularly within SaaS environments related to Learning & Development and Communication solutions.

Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Adept at building and maintaining long-term client relationships through effective expectation management and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with professional fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and a strategic approach to deal-making.

Personal Attributes:

  • Active listener with the ability to uncover and understand client challenges and business needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
