Brightime is a well-established luxury watch dealer in Singapore. Founded in 1994, it specializes in the buying, selling, trading, and servicing of high-end timepieces from iconic brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet.

Brightime is looking for seasoned professionals to join our elite sales team. This role is designed for experts who understand the nuances of high-end horology and are committed to the meticulous care of luxury assets. You will be responsible for driving sales and performing the precision application of protective films for our clients timepieces.

Requirements

. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the luxury retail industry (Watches, Jewelry, or High-End Fashion).

. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Chinese to serve our diverse clientele. Proficiency in Chinese dialects (e.g., Cantonese, Hokkien) is a significant advantage.

. Available to work a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

. A resilient team player who thrives under pressure and maintains a client-first mindset during peak periods.

. Positive and possess a can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage the end-to-end sales process for luxury timepieces, providing expert product knowledge and market insights.

. Able to install luxury watch protector film.

. Build long-term loyalty with clients through exceptional service and proactive follow-up.

. Work closely with the team members to ensure shop operations run smoothly and targets are met.
