Job Summary: The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels. Discovering untapped markets.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable and favourable terms for the company.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, deal closures, and revenue targets. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with co-workers and departments, e.g. R&D, production and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- OR Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Working experience in the beauty & personal care industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools. Fluency of AI tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
