Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and facilities management companies.
. Drive technical sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
. Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and provide tailored lift solutions.
. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, technical specifications, and cost-benefit analyses to clients.
. Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting NewLift solutions across multiple channels.
2.Technical Consultation & Solutions Development
. Provide expert guidance on elevator selection, customization options, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
. Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.
. Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical input on installation, maintenance, and modernization projects.
. Address technical inquiries from clients and ensure optimal product performance through a consultative sales approach.
3.Project & Client Management
. Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination from project initiation to completion.
. Liaise with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
. Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore potential upselling opportunities (modernization, maintenance contracts, etc.).
. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and market trends using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills Essential:
. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
. 2+ years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or engineering solutions (experience in elevators, mobility solutions, or building services is an advantage).
. Strong understanding of lift systems, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
. Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
. Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and project discussions.
Preferred:
. Experience in lift industry, vertical mobility solutions, building automation, or mechanical/electrical equipment sales.
. Knowledge of BCA, EN 81-41:2020, or ISO standards.
. Existing network of contacts in the property development, architectural, or facility management sectors.
. Fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia are a plus).
