We are representing our client, a leading global technology firm and systems integrator providing mission-critical IT, network, and digital solutions to large enterprises and public sector organisations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across enterprise and government accounts
- Own and deliver on multi-million dollar sales targets, managing long and complex sales cycles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, tenders, and RFP processes for large, high-value deals
- Manage and develop high-performing sales teams, setting targets and driving accountability
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to design and position solution-based offerings
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise or solution-based selling, preferably within technology or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to aggressively drive sales expansion, leveraging key industry contacts and networks
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic oversight and macro-level management
- Proven capability to build team cohesion and unity, driving overall performance and profitability
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, including large deals, tenders, and RFP processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
